Saturday in the Park – Ancient Tools and Weapons
September 13th - 10 am to 2 pm
Just in time for hunting season, Bill Skinner displays tools and weapons made by the ancients and discusses their origins and uses through time. Kids can see a flintknapping demonstration or try their hand at the atlatl, a spearthrower used by many different prehistoric cultures.
